Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Executive to manage and implement hospitality training programs across our multiple outlets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hospitality industry and the ability to train restaurant teams, improve service standards, and ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs across all locations.

The role requires regular outlet visits, coordination with outlet management teams, and delivering practical and classroom-based training to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct hospitality training programs across multiple outlets.
- Provide training to F&B; service teams, including Restaurant Managers, Captains, Stewards, Guest Service Associates, and other restaurant staff.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Train employees on guest handling, customer service, communication, grooming, etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and service standards across all outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to assess employee performance and identify training needs.
- Provide practical on-the-job training to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Train teams on complaint handling, upselling techniques, and suggestive selling.




- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to identify training requirements and plan training calendars.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and outlet performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and employee development plans.
- Support new outlet openings by training staff before operations begin.
- Travel to multiple outlets as required to ensure consistent hospitality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Experience in Training & Development, hospitality training, or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Robust understanding of restaurant operations, F&B; service, and guest experience.
- Experience training employees across multiple outlets will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and classroom training sessions.
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to multiple outlets across locations as required.

Important: Candidates must have hospitality industry experience and be comfortable travelling to multiple outlets for training and development activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
