Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists and front desk staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote spa services, packages, and memberships.
- Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness,
hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and management for smooth operations.
