- Knowledge of cement, aggregates, sand, water and admixture batching as per mix design.
- Ability to operate and monitor the RMC control panel/batching system.
- Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain daily production and plant operation records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Dispatch, Maintenance and Site teams.
- Follow safety, quality and housekeeping procedures.
- Should be able to work in shifts and handle production targets.
