Job Title: 2D Graphic Designer – Presentation Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for a 2D Graphic Designer with a strong eye for layout, visual storytelling and presentation design to support events, exhibitions and client pitches. The role focuses on packaging creative concepts, project information and technical content into clear, consistent and professionally designed presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and package client presentations, pitch decks, proposals and company credentials.
- Consolidate content from Creative, Technical, Production and Project teams into a cohesive presentation.
- Translate briefs and written content into clear visual layouts using typography, imagery, icons, infographics and diagrams.
- Incorporate 3D renders, moodboards, references, floor plans and technical information into presentation slides.
- Maintain consistent fonts, colours, spacing, alignment and branding throughout each deck.
- Develop reusable slide templates and layouts aligned with company and client brand guidelines.
- Improve the visual hierarchy and flow of presentations so concepts and project details are easy to understand.
- Create supporting 2D assets, including event graphics, signage, branding elements and digital collateral.
- Incorporate management and client feedback accurately and maintain transparent version control.
- Check presentations for formatting errors, image quality,



missing content and consistency before submission.
- Prepare editable source files and correctly formatted PDF exports.
- Coordinate with the project lead on content dependencies, priorities and submission deadlines.
- Maintain organised design files, templates and approved assets in the designated project folders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on presentation design and packaging.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Google Slides; knowledge of Keynote or Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Ability to structure and present complex information clearly.
- Experience working with creative concepts, 3D renders and technical content.
- A portfolio demonstrating pitch decks, proposals, corporate presentations and relevant 2D design work.
- Experience in events, exhibitions or a creative agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
