Unify Healthcare Services is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our growing healthcare team. If you have experience in US healthcare billing and a passion for resolving claims, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Role: AR Executive (US Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on unpaid/denied claims with insurance companies
- Analyze EOBs/ERAs and identify reasons for denials
- Work on claim re-submissions and payment postings
- Ensure timely collections and reduce AR days
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare guidelines
- Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Good understanding of claim life cycle and denial management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in US shift
