Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Banca Channel team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with banking partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers.

- Generate business through the Banca channel.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and increase customer acquisition.

- Coordinate with bank teams to drive insurance sales.

- Ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.





- Prior Life Insurance experience is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good sales and relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹4.75 LPA
