About Us
Cure to Heal, a brand of Endurance Tech, is an international medical tourism company based in Navi Mumbai. We help patients from Africa, the Middle East, CIS countries and South Asia receive treatment at leading Indian hospitals, including Apollo, Max Healthcare, Fortis and Yashoda. As we expand into Uzbekistan and other CIS markets, we are looking for a Russian-speaking professional to guide patients and their families through their treatment journey in India.

Role Overview
As our Russian Language Interpreter, you will be the main point of contact for Russian-speaking patients. You will handle their enquiries, translate medical documents, coordinate with partner hospitals, and support patients from their first message until they return home after treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient enquiries from Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries via phone, WhatsApp and Telegram
- Translate medical reports, treatment plans, cost estimates and hospital documents between Russian and English
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, costs and travel steps clearly and sensitively to patients and their families
- Coordinate with partner hospitals for medical opinions, treatment quotes and visa invitation letters
- Guide patients through the medical visa, flight and accommodation process




- Interpret between doctors and patients during video consultations and, when required, at partner hospitals
- Follow up with patients during treatment and after they return home
- Translate and review Russian marketing content, including ads, social media posts and website pages
- Maintain accurate patient records and lead status in our CRM
- Report daily lead and patient updates to the management team

Requirements

- Fluent Russian (spoken and written), with B2 level or higher
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Uzbek, Kazakh or Turkmen is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Google Sheets and a CRM
- Empathetic, patient and skilled when dealing with anxious patients and families
- Well organised, able to manage multiple patient cases at the same time

Freshers with strong Russian skills are welcome to apply. Full training on medical tourism processes will be provided.
