The role summary

We are looking for a highly creative and enthusiastic AI Video Content Creator who can use AI tools and digital simulation software to produce engaging videos showcasing CountAI’s products, features, benefits, and vision for the future of manufacturing.

You will work closely with our software development team, who will train you to use our existing simulation platform. Your job is to learn the tools, imagine new concepts, and consistently convert ideas into high-quality video content.

You are not expected to be an expert programmer. You are expected to be an excellent learner, creative thinker, and quick executor.

Key responsibilities

1. AI-powered video creation and simulations

- Create new video concepts and simulations almost every day using AI tools and CountAI’s existing digital factory simulation software.
- Develop visual stories showing AMRs moving across factory floors, knitting machines operating, AI inspection happening, defects being detected, and automated factories functioning.
- Create new scenarios to demonstrate individual product features and their real-world benefits.
- Work with software engineers to learn the simulation platform and progressively create more complex scenarios independently.
- Experiment with AI video generation, animation, voiceovers, music, visual effects, and editing tools.

2. Product storytelling and marketing

- Understand CountAI’s products and translate technical capabilities into simple, engaging visual stories.
- Show how our solutions help manufacturers reduce fabric waste, improve productivity, save manpower, and improve quality.
- Create videos explaining one feature, one customer problem, or one business benefit at a time.
- Generate creative concepts for future factories, dark factories, smart manufacturing, and industrial automation.

3. Video shooting and editing

- Use an iPhone or smartphone, a gimbal, microphones, and basic lighting to capture professional-looking footage.




- Shoot videos of products, machines, factory installations, employees, customer visits, and demonstrations.
- Edit footage into engaging short-form videos with captions, voiceovers, transitions, and appropriate music.
- Gradually build the capability to produce polished videos with minimal external support.

4. Social media content and growth

- Publish and optimize content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other relevant channels.
- Repurpose one core video into multiple formats suited to each platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
- Track views, watch time, engagement, follower growth, and inbound business interest.
- Study successful industrial technology and AI creators and continuously improve our content.

5. Continuous experimentation

- Generate new content ideas daily and maintain a backlog of concepts.
- Experiment with different hooks, storytelling styles, visual approaches, and AI tools.
- Build reusable workflows and templates that make video production faster and more consistent.
- Use performance data to identify what works and improve future videos.

Required skills and aptitude

- Strong interest in AI tools, video creation, animation, and digital content.
- Creative imagination and the ability to visualize concepts that do not yet exist in the real world.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new software tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of video editing or a solid willingness to learn it.
- Good visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver consistently.
- Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical products.
- Strong execution discipline and willingness to experiment, receive feedback, and iterate

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
