We are looking for a Junior US Accountant with basic knowledge of US accounting, QuickBooks, and Paychex payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day US accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Assist with Paychex payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounting records and reports in QuickBooks.
- Handle invoices, expenses, AP/AR, and basic reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports.

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in US accounting.
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks and Paychex.
- Positive MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Experience in US staffing & recruiting is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work US EST night shift and onsite in Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
