Job Title: Store Cum Admin Manager
Location: Alinchuvad, Tirur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 2 Years and Above

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Cum Admin Manager with a background in fashion designing, garment measurements, store management, and staff supervision. The candidate should be capable of managing daily store operations, handling staff, assisting customers with measurements, coordinating dress designs, and maintaining administrative records.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or a relevant Diploma in Fashion Designing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store management, sales, administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a boutique, textile showroom, or garment-related business is preferred.
- Knowledge of garment designing, customer measurements, and dress alterations.
- Experience in staff supervision and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily store operations and administrative activities.
- Monitor, coordinate, and manage staff to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Assign duties to staff and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Assist customers with garment selection and take accurate body measurements as required.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate dress designs, stitching, and alterations.
- Maintain stock records, inventory, and product availability.




- Monitor sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain daily sales reports, attendance records, stock details, and other administrative documents.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and other store-related records.
- Ensure proper product display, store organization, and overall cleanliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on material and product requirements.
- Ensure that customer orders and delivery schedules are completed on time.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of garment designing and body measurements.
- Strong staff management and supervision skills.
- Store operations and inventory management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.

Preferred Skills

- Diploma or certification in Fashion Designing.
- Previous experience in a boutique or textile showroom.
- Knowledge of garment fitting, stitching, and alteration processes.
- Experience in handling staff and monitoring store performance.
- Knowledge of billing software, inventory management systems, and other relevant store management software.
