- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Hardware Support.

Responsibilities
- Attend onsite service calls at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and replacement of IT hardware components.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and update service reports.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Hardware Support.
- IT Hardware certification is mandatory.
- Diploma/Polytechnic in EEE, ECE, ECT, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred.
- Good knowledge of desktop, laptop,
printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Laptop repair knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
- Must be willing to travel for onsite customer support activities.
