We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Canada Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through Canadian visa and immigration-related processes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Canadian visa categories, documentation, application procedures, and client counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Canada student visas, visitor visas, and other relevant visa categories.
- Assess client profiles and explain suitable visa options and eligibility requirements.
- Guide clients in preparing and organising visa application documents.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration policies, visa requirements, and procedural changes.
- Coordinate with clients to collect pending documents and provide application updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Provide professional and transparent guidance throughout the application process.
- Ensure all applications and representations comply with applicable immigration rules and regulations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Canada visa counselling or overseas education consultancy.
- Good knowledge of Canadian student and visitor visa processes.
- Strong communication, counselling, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to review documentation carefully and manage multiple client cases.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- A graduate degree is preferred.

- Experience handling Canada student visa and visitor visa cases.
- Knowledge of visa documentation, refusal cases, and application procedures.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
