Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide guests regarding movie schedules, ticket bookings, seat availability, and cinema facilities.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, escalating issues to the Duty Officer when required.
- Assist at the Box Office, Food & Beverage counters, and auditorium operations as assigned.
- Ensure auditoriums, lobby, waiting areas, and customer touchpoints are clean and presentable.
- Verify tickets and assist customers during entry and exit.
- Promote F&B; combos, loyalty programs, gift vouchers, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support emergency evacuation and safety procedures whenever required.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Duty Officer or Cinema Manager.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).




- Diploma or Graduate candidates may also apply.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Multiplex, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, Customer Service, or Front Office will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge.
