About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo & Video Editor who can transform raw footage and photographs into high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, color grading, and visual composition, along with the ability to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities1. Photo Editing

- Edit and retouch photographs to achieve high-quality, professional results.
- Perform color correction, color grading, lighting adjustments, and image enhancement.
- Retouch product, lifestyle, fashion, event, and promotional photographs as required.
- Remove unwanted objects, correct imperfections, and enhance image quality.
- Maintain consistency in image quality, colors, and visual style according to brand guidelines.
- Prepare images in appropriate sizes and formats for social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.

2. Video Editing

- Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand films, and advertisements.
- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and background music.
- Perform video color correction and color grading.
- Sync audio, improve sound quality, and ensure smooth video transitions.
- Create engaging videos that align with current social media trends and audience preferences.
- Deliver videos in different formats and aspect ratios based on platform requirements.

3. Creative Content Production

- Collaborate with the content and social media team to understand creative requirements.




- Edit photos and videos according to the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
- Work on product shoots, fashion shoots, promotional campaigns, and other creative projects.
- Suggest creative editing styles, visual effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, techniques, and industry standards.

4. File Management & Delivery

- Organize and maintain raw footage, edited files, project files, and creative assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Export content in the required resolutions, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Maintain backups of important project files and media assets.

5. Team Collaboration

- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content creators, and social media managers.
- Understand creative briefs and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Photography, Film Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in photo and video editing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Strong understanding of color correction, color grading, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video transitions, sound editing, typography, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of social media content formats and export requirements.
- Solid attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
