1. Daily Issue of Material against Material Issue Requisition from User Department.

2. Updating of Daily issue material Entries in SAP.

3. Part Code Creation for New Purchase.

4. Purchase Order Creation Against Approval from GM Sir / Purchase Department.

5. Preparation of GRN in SAP.

6. Valuation against GRN in SAP.

7. Payment Advice details verification with Invoice and submission of Bills to Account for Purchase Book Entries.

8. Preparation of Valuable Receipt Register [Excel] for Time frame 01-15 & 16-31 period for each month for payment approval process from Management.

9. Preparation of Monthly Valuation Report - Refinery, Plant & Organic Department.

10. Preparation of Manual & Online Returnable Gate Pass - Service / Repair & Transfer to Solapur Oil.

11. Stock Verification Activity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
