We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive the growth of our interior design and interior execution projects.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting enquiries into successful interior projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business mindset, and experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, furniture, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and client visits.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Present company services, design concepts, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design,



estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and regular follow-up records.
- Represent Iniesta Inspired Interiors professionally and strengthen the company's market presence.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in interior design, interior execution, architecture, furniture, real estate, or construction will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales.
- Strong networking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional and confident approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
