- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and group targets.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor walk-ins, phone inquiries, test drives, and quotations to ensure high conversion rates.
- Sales Operations: Plan daily and weekly sales activities, track CRM/DMS updates, and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with finance, insurance, accessories, and vehicle exchange teams to close deals smoothly.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints, build corporate client relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive retail sales with at least 1 to 2 years in a team-handling or leadership role.
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; an MBA is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- License: Valid four-wheeler driving license

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
