Key Responsibilities
School & Institutional Outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, principals, vice principals, career counsellors and senior educators across Delhi-NCR.
Identify and establish partnerships with new schools and educational institutions. Develop and maintain a structured school engagement and outreach calendar covering the academic year. Organise and coordinate school visits, university visits, career sessions, seminars, workshops and interactive student engagements.
Build long-term institutional partnerships rather than one-time engagement opportunities.
Candidate Profile Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, Management or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree / MBA will be an advantage. Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in education outreach, institutional relations, admissions, business development, school relations, marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with schools and educational institutions in Delhi-NCR will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates from universities, higher-education institutions, education companies or established school networks are encouraged to apply.
