Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (day shift)
Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle their queries, resolve concerns, and make sure every interaction leaves them satisfied and valued.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and politely
- Respond to customer queries via calls
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Resolve complaints efficiently, or escalate to the concerned team when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system/CRM
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Meet daily and monthly targets for quality, call handling, and customer satisfaction
- Share customer feedback with the team to help improve service
- Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Who Can Apply

- Qualification: HSC / Graduate (freshers with good communication are welcome)
- Experience:



0–2 years in customer service, BPO, or a similar role
- Languages: Good command of English and Marathi
- Clear communication, a pleasant telephone manner, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing)
- Ability to stay calm and handle customer queries with patience
- Willingness to work in the 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM shift, Fixed shift no extension
