SIRJA Developer is hiring an Investor Relations & Capital Raising Intern to join our team.
This is a remote, part-time internship for students and freshers interested in real estate investment, investor relations, and fundraising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research potential investors, including HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Identify potential funding sources and investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and company profiles.
- Help maintain investor contact lists and track communication.
- Assist with investor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Research real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Support the management team with fundraising-related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in real estate, finance, investment, or capital raising.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; Excel and Google Sheets skills are a plus.
- Willingness to learn about investor relations and fundraising.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Students and freshers are welcome to apply.
