About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MBA fresher to join our team as a Project Planning Intern. This opportunity offers practical exposure to project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution within the interior design industry.
Candidates must be open to transitioning into a permanent position after successfully completing the internship, based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Track project progress and maintain project status reports.
- Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Assist in monitoring project milestones and identifying delays.
- Support material planning and resource coordination.
- Participate in project review meetings and document action items.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate and postgraduate
- Freshers only; candidates with an MBA in Operations, Project Management, or a related specialization are preferred.
- Must be flexible and willing to take up a permanent role after the internship.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
