We're looking for a Cinematographer / DOP who can take a brief from first conversation to final cut and make every frame earn its place — planning it, lighting it, shooting it, and staying close enough through post that the story arrives exactly as it looked in your head on set.

Your ResponsibilitiesPre-production

- Turn client briefs and creative direction into mood boards, shot lists, and a clear shoot plan.
- Plan locations, schedules, equipment, and crew so the shoot day runs on the plan, not on improvisation.

Production

- Lead cinematography on brand films, ad films, social content, product videos, interviews, podcasts, and events.




- Direct talent to get performances that feel real, not staged.
- Handle multi-camera setups and adapt fast when a shoot environment changes on the day.
- Keep composition, lighting, and camera movement consistent with the brand's visual identity, shoot after shoot.

Post-production

- Stay involved through the edit for colour and creative direction, so the shoot's intent survives the cut.
- Deliver platform-specific versions ready for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid distribution.

Studio Discipline

- Log every shoot's shot-list completion and back up footage the same day.
- Keep the gear you're responsible for in the condition the next shoot needs it to be in.

Superpowers You Will Need

- Real experience with professional camera systems (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, RED, or equivalent) and how to light for them.
- An eye that can tell, on set, whether a shot is actually working or just technically correct.
- Comfortable directing people who've never been on camera before.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Veo) as an accelerant, not a crutch.
- A portfolio that shows storytelling instinct, not just a reel of pretty shots.
- Comfortable owning a shoot end to end without someone checking in every hour.
