Job Description – Service Advisor (Automobile Industry)
- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Provide regular service updates to customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up calls.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in an automobile service workshop preferred.
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and basic automobile knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
