About UpcharHub: UpcharHub builds free, lightweight clinic-management software for India's doctors. Doctors dictate patient visits by voice in Hindi or English, keep digital patient records, and print prescriptions — all in a browser, nothing to install. We're an early-stage team bringing India's small clinics and solo practitioners off paper. The role: You'll be our feet on the street in Nagpur — pitching UpcharHub to doctors, clinics, and small hospitals in and around the city. Visit doctors and clinics daily to demo the product and explain how it fits their practice. Onboard new doctors and help them through their first weeks on the software. Build and maintain relationships with clinic owners and hospital administrators. Hit monthly onboarding and activation targets for your territory.
Report field activity and feed back what doctors ask for. What we're looking for: Prior experience as a Medical Representative strongly preferred — you already know how to get a doctor's time and hold it. Graduate in any discipline (science/pharmacy background a plus). Robust communicator in Hindi/Marathi and English. Own two-wheeler with valid license, and a smartphone. Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working the field independently. What we offer: Rs. 20,000/month + travel allowance. A product doctors genuinely like once they try it.
