About the Role

Vibrant Bearings & Industrial Products is looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounts Head to lead the company’s accounting and finance operations. The role will oversee accounting, receivables, payables, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow, MIS, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Review and ensure accurate and timely billing and accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Monitor customer outstanding, collections, credit limits, payment terms, and overdue receivables.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collection and highlight high-risk/overdue accounts to management.
- Manage vendor accounts, purchase accounting, outstanding payments, and payment schedules.
- Review purchase invoices and reconcile customer, vendor, bank, and general ledgers.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, purchase/sales returns, stock adjustments, and inventory valuation.
- Monitor trading margins, customer/product profitability, expenses, and working capital.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, bank position, and monthly MIS.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and other applicable statutory requirements and coordinate with consultants/auditors.
- Maintain proper financial documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong controls over billing, collections, purchases, payments, expenses, and inventory.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Provide management with accurate financial information and highlight cash flow issues, margin leakage, overdue receivables, and financial risks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance; M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience, preferably in a B2B trading company dealing in industrial products, bearings, engineering components, or machinery parts.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally/ERP, Microsoft Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Positive understanding of receivables, payables, credit control, inventory, margins, and working capital management.
- Experience in managing an accounts team and coordinating with sales, purchase, warehouse, customers, vendors, banks, and consultants.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
