We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Presales Executive / Tele caller who can connect with inbound leads, understand their requirements, and schedule product demos for our Darkstore solution. The candidate will also be responsible for scheduling office meetings with prospective clients and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and explain the basic features and benefits of the Darkstore solution.
- Schedule product demos with interested prospects.
- Coordinate and schedule office meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call updates, and meeting schedules in the CRM or assigned tracker.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily calling targets and weekly demo/meeting booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing,
listening, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with potential clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling, presales, lead generation, or appointment setting will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
