- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities from government, private, and institutional clients.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, legal, operations, and management teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare and manage complete technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Ensure tenders are submitted accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
- Prepare bid qualification documents, EMD/BG requirements, declarations, forms, and supporting documents.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing sheets, BOQs, and cost comparisons in coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct tender analysis and identify risks, deviations, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and unsuccessful tenders.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for tender-related clarifications and queries.
- Track tender results, negotiate where required, and support contract finalization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tender/procurement regulations.




- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and future references.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, upcoming projects, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in tender management, bidding, contracts, procurement, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of tendering and bid submission processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online tender/e-procurement portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling government/e-tenders and large commercial bids.
- Knowledge of EMD, performance security, bank guarantees, technical compliance, and commercial evaluation.
- Ability to interpret contractual terms and tender conditions.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
