Responsibilities

• Daily operations and hospitality (per Global Experience Standards)

• Building operations





• Program execution

• Recent hire on-site experience

• Town hall, all-hands, and future MKO on-site execution

• Food and beverage program

• Survey and feedback

• Builds strong relationships with vendors and landlords while holding building and catering partners accountable.

• Creates thoughtful hospitality and new hire experiences that make day one feel welcoming and personal.

• Plans events and cultural programming with a strong understanding of the local India context.

• Brings cultural fluency to India’s festival calendar, including appropriate treats, décor, and celebrations.

• Knows the Bangalore vendor landscape across catering, AV, event facilitation, wellness, photography, and gaming supplies.

• Navigates Tablespace or similar workspaces, including service desks, shared amenities, and landlord escalation paths.
