Job Summary: The Sr. Field Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies for advanced filtration system, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have experience selling Water Filtration and Separation systems, especially for Deionised/Ultrapure Water applications in Pharma, Power, MicroE, Renewable Energy, Hydrocarbon, Chemical, and Metal sectors. Connections with industrial OEMs, consultants and major conglomerates are must. Key duties include business planning, market expansion, channel development, and building OEM partnerships.



The position is based in Mumbai/NCR and reports to the regional sales leader. They identify current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent aftersales service to retain customers. The Sr. Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
