DESCRIPTION:
Support commercial excellence and client success as a key member of our Sales Operations team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. You'll coordinate cross-functional processes to ensure thorough execution of contract proposals, budget modifications, and client deliverables while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Work with global teams to analyze client requirements,
determine optimal resource allocation, and deliver high-value solutions within required timelines. Apply analytical skills and financial knowledge to develop compelling proposals that reflect our value proposition and support business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters Degree plus 2 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, financial analysis or related role
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Science, Engineering or related field
• Additional relevant certifications in project management, financial analysis, or CRM systems preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP platforms
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
