As a Commercial Director,
you’re not just leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
• Own commercial strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams — including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa — to drive top-line performance and market share growth
• Maximize revenue and profitability: Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
• Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
• Align sales and marketing efforts: Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning
