Responsibilities

• Daily operations and hospitality (per Global Experience Standards)

• Building operations





• Program execution

• Recent hire on-site experience

• Town hall, all-hands, and future MKO on-site execution

• Food and beverage program

• Survey and feedback

• Stakeholder liaison

Key Competencies

• Vendor and landlord familiarity; holds building and catering vendors accountable.

• Hospitality and new hire experience design; makes day 1 feel thoughtful, not transactional.

• Event planning and cultural programming with local India context.

• Cultural fluency for India: festival calendar (Pongal, Holi, Rakhi, Eid, Onam, Diwali, Christmas) and culturally appropriate treats, decor, and celebrations.

• BLR vendor landscape: catering, AV, event facilitators, wellness instructors, headshot photographers, gaming supplies.

• Tablespace or similar workspace experience: building service desks, shared amenities, landlord escalation paths.

• Event execution under playbook disc
