Position: Sales / Business Development – Totaline
Location: HYderabad
Business: Carrier Totaline
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Totaline sales and business growth across AP&TS.;
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with Carrier Channel Partners, Turnkey Contractors (TKOs), and Competitive dealers to drive new business opportunities and strengthen Totaline’s market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and margin targets.
• Promote and develop Totaline’s non-traditional product portfolio, including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers and Air-Side Accessories, beyond the typical trade product range.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches, and customer requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to strengthen Totaline’s market position.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.




• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and market reports.

Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC-related discipline preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC Products.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC market and channel business.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across AP&TS.;
