About the Role

Publicis Groupe is looking for an experienced Client Leadership professional to lead strategic client partnerships, drive business growth, and oversee integrated marketing and media solutions across key accounts.

The role requires a solid understanding of client business objectives, marketing strategy, media, digital transformation, and integrated communications. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead cross-functional agency teams, drive account growth and profitability, and ensure delivery excellence across the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for key clients, building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior marketing stakeholders.

• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, brand priorities, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.





• Act as a strategic advisor, translating client business challenges into integrated marketing, media, and communication solutions.

• Lead senior-level client discussions, business reviews, annual planning, and strategic presentations.

• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.

2. Integrated Marketing & Media Strategy

• Lead the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with client business goals.

• Oversee collaboration across media planning, investment, digital, performance marketing, data and analytics, creative, content, commerce, and technology teams.

• Ensure integrated solutions are aligned with brand objectives, consumer insights, and measurable business outcomes.

• Champion data-led decision-making, marketing effectiveness, innovation, and emerging capabilities.
