Knowledge of Conversation platforms landscape Past experience with the Google DialogFlow tool - specifically the conversation design product Interpretation of business conversation flows and conversion of those flows into conversation configuration • Training multiple Chatbot models • Testing configured Chatbots • Understanding of deploying models to production • Valuable troubleshooting + problem-solving skills • Ability to Maintain growing sets of Chatbot Intents and DialogFlows Skills:- NodeJS (Node.js), Python, Ruby, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Chatbox and Dialogflow
