Roles & Responsibilities:

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Set clear team goals.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

Oversee day-to-day operations.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

Discover training needs and provide coaching.

Listen to team member feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

Suggest and organize team-building activities.

Coordinating internally with different departments in order to give quick resolution to the seller.

Timely delivery of the goals and metrics.

Eligibility:

Positive communication and writing skills are required.

Flexibility to work in the 6-day working environment.

Graduates can apply.

Minimum 2 years experience as TL.

Skills:- Team leadership, Effective communication and Project coordination
