We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with experience in selling industrial products, particularly gearboxes, gears, and bearings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales capabilities, a proven track record of developing customer relationships, and the ability to identify current business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and providing appropriate product solutions to customers. This role requires a combination of technical product knowledge, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for gearboxes, gears, bearings, and related industrial components.




• Identify and acquire new customers across manufacturing, automotive, engineering, power, material handling, and other relevant industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, customer visits, industry networks, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Explore new markets, territories, and customer segments to expand the company's business.

2. Technical Product Sales• Understand the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of gearboxes, gears, and bearings.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements, operating conditions, and application needs.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to provide product demonstrations, quotations, and customized solutions.
• Explain product features, performance capabilities
