About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions, optimize system performance, and deliver robust software solutions that power our core products.
Key Responsibilities
* Backend Development: Build, maintain, and test reliable microservices using Java and Spring Framework.
* API & System Support: Design and integrate RESTful APIs to connect backend services with user-facing features.
* Feature Integration: Assist in integrating basic AI capabilities (such as LLM APIs or cloud AI tools) and basic frontend components into existing workflows.
* Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, readable code, participate in peer code reviews, and debug production issues.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, product managers, and team members to deliver features on schedule.
