The successful candidate will serve as a key architect of our HR infrastructure, managing critical processes such as payroll, performance management, and large-scale recruitment while leveraging advanced HRMS tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Direct and optimize the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all staff members.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the HR Management System (HRMS) to support accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Oversee attendance management protocols, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
• Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), facilitating goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive training programs to foster continuous career development across the organization.
