Join the Automation Lab Central Hub Team in CF/TCIO CDO and help scale automation safely and efficiently in our hub-and-spoke Citizen Developer model, with a single intake/portfolio view and clear decision rights.

As a Data Governance Analyst within CF/TCIO CDO, you will help run the “engine room” of our automation program: managing intake and triage, maintaining a transparent portfolio, coordinating delivery paths, and ensuring our work is standardized, controlled, and auditable. The Central Hub provides cross-domain coordination and owns key controls, platform/stack enablement, and coaching/code review - while Citizen Developers deliver smaller in-domain automations within guardrails.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, domain Citizen Developers, technology teams, control partners, and governance forums (including the Efficiency Council,



which owns prioritization, capacity, and decision rights) to progress automation work end-to-end – especially where work crosses domains or has higher risk / platform dependencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage intake and triage for automation requests, ensuring submissions are complete, clearly defined, and ready to be actioned in a single work management and portfolio view.

• Maintain portfolio hygiene by keeping statuses, ownership, dependencies, and timelines current to enable transparent reporting and reliable decision-making.

• Prepare prioritization and capacity inputs for governance decision forums, including impact, complexity, dependencies, risk considerations, and effort estimates, and track decisions through execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, data, product, and technology teams to progress work end-to-end and resolve cross-domain dependencies.
