Job Purpose

The People & Culture Business Partner is an integral part of the People & Culture team, working in partnership with global, functional teams to deliver high-quality, commercially focused and legally compliant people support.
This role provides end-to-end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, combining solid operational delivery with trusted advisory support to people managers and stakeholders. You will play a key role in enabling the business to deliver its objectives by embedding effective people practices, supporting organisational change and post-acquisition integration, and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience across One Gresham.
As a trusted partner, you will provide specialist coaching, guidance and influence to managers, maintaining excellent standards across core HR activity while contributing to the harmonisation and continuous improvement of people processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities





• Provide comprehensive business-as-usual HR support to people managers and stakeholders through the practical application of people policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering pragmatic and commercially sound guidance on performance management, conduct, absence, wellbeing and employee relations matters.
• Contribute to the One Gresham programme, supporting the harmonisation of people policies, terms and conditions, processes and practices across acquired businesses.
• Provide advisory and hands-on support on organisational design and change management activity, including restructures, role changes, consultation and resourcing decisions.
• Support and coach people managers through organisational change, ensuring a consistent, fair and engaging employee experience.
• Partner with managers to manage employee relations cases effectively, building confidence and capability in people management.
