We are looking for an experienced IT Quality & Risk Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience in the IT industry and strong expertise in IBM Process, Methods & Tools (PM&T;), regulatory and compliance audits, contract and project risk management, and quality assurance. The candidate will support account and project leadership in ensuring successful delivery of client commitments, managing business risks, improving delivery quality, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive adherence to IBM Process, Methods & Tools (PM&T;), quality standards, and established delivery governance practices.
- Represent accounts and projects during internal and external audits, including CMMI, ISO, and other regulatory or compliance assessments.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews, including Project Assurance Reviews (PAR), to identify project risks, quality gaps, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and account leadership to develop and implement effective risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Review contracts and Statements of Work (SoW)



to establish account quality assurance plans and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
- Track, monitor, and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), project health, and quality metrics.
- Support deal leaders and project executives in evaluating bid decisions, proposal quality, delivery feasibility, commercial risks, and project profitability.
- Assess client proposals and contracts to identify risks related to scope, pricing, delivery commitments, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client requirements and can be delivered within committed budgets and timelines.
- Conduct periodic reviews and debriefings with account leaders, project teams, and clients to communicate project health, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and implement continuous productivity improvements, process optimization initiatives, and best practices across accounts.
- Provide guidance on risk management, quality assurance, project governance, and delivery management throughout the chance-to-delivery lifecycle.
