1. Breakout Pairings: In Days 3, 6, and 9, split the cohort into mixed breakout rooms (e.g., 1 BA + 1 Dev, or 1 Dev + 1 QA) so team members experience the hand-offs in real time.
2. Telemetry & Feedback Loop: Have the trainer review daily code acceptance rates and chat queries to tailor the focus for the subsequent day's lab.
