The project:
The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of quality management systems, ensuring effective implementation, compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, conduct and facilitate internal and external audits, certification activities and assurance reviews, producing clear insights and driving best practice.
• Investigate non-conformances, undertake root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen organisational performance.
• Analyse quality data, performance metrics and management review outputs,



providing recommendations that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk and improve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver quality training, communications and guidance that build capability and promote a culture of continual improvement across the business and supply chain.
• Support business growth and operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, supplier quality assurance and the proactive management of carbon reduction and net zero objectives.

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
