Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented sales professional with proven experience in direct diesel generator (DG) set sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing individual sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and driving market awareness in the power generation industry. Exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and digital marketing initiatives will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business development of DG sets in the 250 kVA to 1 MW segment, with preference for experience in the MHP (Medium Horsepower) and HHP (High Horsepower) range.
• Own and deliver individual sales targets, revenue, and profitability objectives.




• Develop current customers and expand relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial customers, rental companies, infrastructure developers, data centers, and government accounts.
• Understand customer applications, load requirements, and recommend suitable genset solutions.
• Create market awareness and increase product visibility through customer engagement programs, exhibitions, industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars.
• Identify and participate in relevant industry forums and associations to promote the product portfolio.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and application teams to support customer requirements.
• Track market intelligence, customer trends, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to drive business decisions and improve sales effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver professional customer presentations, business reviews, and market reports.
