Delivery Lead / Program Manager - GenAI Transformation
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead / Program Manager - GenAI Transformation to drive enterprise-wide AI and GenAI initiatives by bridging business strategy, technology innovation, and execution excellence. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI programs, including strategy development, business engagement, use case identification, solution governance, delivery oversight, and value realization.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid combination of business acumen, program management expertise, analytics experience, and a solid understanding of Generative AI technologies. The individual will work closely with senior business leaders, data and AI teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership




Partner with business leaders to define and execute the GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value GenAI opportunities across business functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving AI adoption and business process innovation.
Define success metrics, value realization frameworks, and business outcomes for AI initiatives.
Lead steering committee discussions and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Program & Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation initiatives from ideation through deployment and scale-up.
Establish program governance, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, data science, architecture, security, and operations teams.
