We are looking for an experienced Head of Global Digital Marketing & Growth to establish, lead and scale our digital marketing function.
This is a hands-on leadership position combining brand development, global marketing strategy, business growth and international client delivery.
The selected candidate will take ownership of OMANGOM's internal marketing initiatives, support the growth of our products and build a digital marketing practice serving clients across the US, UK, Europe and other international markets.
Working closely with company leadership, the successful candidate will develop a capable marketing team and collaborate with our existing design, UI/UX, engineering and business development professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for OMANGOM, its products and international clients.
• Strengthen brand positioning, digital presence, reputation and market visibility.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation and growth planning.
• Develop brand messaging, content strategies, digital PR initiatives and executive thought leadership.
SEO, AEO/GEO & Organic Growth
• Lead technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Oversee website audits, keyword research, content optimization, structured data, indexing and technical improvements.
• Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement improvements.
