Job Summary:
The Analyst – Non-Technology Sourcing is responsible for identifying, screening,
and qualifying technology talent through direct sourcing channels. The role focuses on reviewing candidate profiles, understanding technical skill requirements, matching resumes against job descriptions, and building qualified candidate pipelines.
The incumbent will primarily use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal ATS databases to identify suitable candidates and support Technology Recruiters in fulfilling hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and ATS databases.
· Build candidate pipelines across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR, Procurement, Legal, Audit, and Corporate Functions.
· Conduct talent mapping and market research activities.
· Maintain active candidate pools for future hiring requirements.
Profile Screening & Assessment
· Review candidate resumes against approved job descriptions.
