Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Business Officer of Live Events. This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of a fast-paced, agile business unit. Given the CBO's extensive domestic and international travel schedule, this role demands someone who can operate with complete autonomy across time zones — keeping priorities on track, communications flowing, and decisions moving regardless of geography. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who enables the CBO to operate at peak effectiveness — managing their time, information flow, and priorities with precision and professionalism.
