Job Description

Primary Function of Position




We are looking for a passionate world-class Global Data Quality Analyst who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of Human Resources data to join our Human Resources People Services Team.
This role is critical in transforming the organization’s approach from reactive, cycle-based data management to a proactive, continuous data quality model with robust audit discipline, standardized controls, and ongoing monitoring. The position supports operational excellence, audit readiness, and decision-making by maintaining high-quality employee data through regular audits, validation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
